What exactly is free?
The first ten enrolled roofing businesses receive their initial verification at no charge, including required third-party check fees within the scope agreed before enrollment. There is no credit card requirement or automatic paid renewal. Any future monitoring or renewal offer will have separate terms for you to accept.
Does applying guarantee a place or a certificate?
No. We review applications in arrival order, confirm eligibility, and agree the verification scope before enrollment. The first ten eligible roofers to complete enrollment receive the free offer; later applicants join the waitlist. Certification is awarded only after all required checks pass. If something is missing, you receive a clear explanation of what needs attention.
What will you need from my business?
Business and license details, a broker contact, relevant credentials, customer references, and an agreed personnel roster. Sensitive documents and individual screening authorizations are collected separately through the approved secure process.
What does the certificate mean?
It confirms the listed credentials for the named business, scope, and verification dates. Its live status reflects required expirations and rechecks. It does not guarantee workmanship, insurance coverage for a particular claim, or acceptance by an insurer, manufacturer, or contractor network.
What makes this a pilot?
You’ll help us test the document requests, verification process, and results. AI assists with research and evidence review, and every pilot certification receives human approval. We’ll ask for candid feedback about what was useful and what was frustrating.
